These guys NEVER return calls. I have left several messages this spring (2018) and tried several times last year. NO RESPONSE! I have seen their vehicles around New Glarus, so I know they are still in business. I know we have a small job (an old doorway and a water damage repair to a ceiling), but our money is the same color as the bigger jobs and spends just the same. If NRB is too busy or just don't want a small job, a simple call back is a perfectly acceptable, and courteous, way to go.
